Kim Kuhle Appointed to Ellavoz Impact Capital Senior Advisory Board
Ellavoz Impact Capital announced today that Kim Kuhle has been appointed to their Senior Advisory Board. As a new board member, Kim expressed enthusiasm for the work, "I believe the Social Impact Mission of Ellavoz and the wide-ranging professional expertise of the board and staff will help the team create new opportunities in areas often overlooked with state-of-the-art financing. Ms. Kuhle, an expert in Institutional Economics with a master's degree and completion of coursework for PhDs in two disciplines Public Finance and Applied Economics, has over 30 years of Community Development Finance experience. She uses financial modeling and Microeconomics, blending various public and private programs to revitalize distressed geographies. Mrs. Kuhle helps diverse populations gain access to bank financing through community-based initiatives. These initiatives increase job-creating investments in housing stock and mixed-use facilities with a goal of revitalizing neighborhoods and business districts in distressed areas. They also help to create paths for entrepreneurs to apply for small business loans. Ms. Kuhle was awarded the International Women Iconic Leadership Award by the Women Economic Forum in India in July of 2020.
